i think my favorite month is September.

-fall leaves
-pumpkin muffins
-soup!
-light coats
-light scarves
-music for the fall mood
-candles to keep warm when it's not quite cool enough for the heat
-halloween
-scary movies
-haunted houses (i'm such a chicken, last year i clutched my husband's sleeve and made him walk ahead of me with my eyes closed. i would open them a smidge every now and then. it was my way of easing my way into the whole haunted house thing (i am a jumpy person without someone in costume jumping out at me)
-fall smells
-halloween crafts with Ari
-Ari's halloween costume
-Dressing up myself (last year was the first time in a long time)
-concerts! (Magnetic Fields, Sisters of Mercy, Woven Hand, Legendary Pink Dots) we won't be able to go to all of them but they are all such good bands for fall.
